I scanned my pc w/ ewido and it picked up something called dropper.small

i did some research and it seems like it's a virus!
I have hitman pro (and stand alone's of just about everything in it), and ewido. I removed it using those programs but im afraid it still might be there. If i scan two times in a row, it pickes up more and more tracking cookies and things of that sort.
can anyone help me to remove this?
Greatly appreciate it!!
PS should i post a highjack this log?

Well the log looks clean, but do you have still problems with viruses?

well. ewido said it cleaned it up. I know that a lot of times there will still be files from it in different places on the computer.
like i said, my computer has been acting sluggish, it started doing this right around when i found this. right now for exmple, it cant keep up with me typing, its a few letters behind. it shouldn't be doing that, i have an 820 dual core pentium with 1024MB RAM and i'm only using about 250MB of that.
