Where can I get the latest update for Nero? What features or bug fixes does this have? Do I have to unistall anything or use clean tools to get this update and will it work properly?

Go to the below address. If you choose option 2 you can download the latest Nero 7 update. Make sure you notice the check box for the yahoo toolbar!

The release notes are also available here. Read through those if you like.

You need to use the Clean tool, make sure you download the one for the version of Nero you have installed.

I would STRONGLY advise NOT to update to 7.2.0.3 as several members are reporting problems, the latest that is known to be bug free is 7.0.8.2 which is available from this link.
