When i try to shutdown windows or restart sometimes I get the message closing ccApp. And it takes forever to close. I know its part of Norton but is there any way around this. There is another problem with Norton, Sometime when I click on the Norton icon in the taskbar the norton virus box pops up but its blank, and will not close. And is there anything I can do Besides hardware to get my PC running to peak proformance.
