Soul Calibur 3 re-burn, help me!

I re-burned a game, obviouly called Soul Calibur 3. But when i use it with my swap magic, it loads, but the screen keeps skipping. It's getting me annoyed, is there any way to fix it?

Ahh, yes. A nice guide there. But i fixed the problem. Seems that I had to go to the "Special" portion of the Swap Magic disk, then select NTSC. After, it worked fine. Thanks anyway though!
