torrents problem with tracker

i, i have a problem with some torrents i try to download
i use BitLord 1.1 and when i download some torrents it gives me an error in the tracker, i got "tracker response error: requested download is not authorised for use with this tracker"
i got the torrent for quite some time and it never started downloading
my question is what can i do to fix this?
any help appreciated

Bitlord is probably banned because it sucks.

Also, it could be from a private tracker that you're not registered on.

how can i register in a new tracker?
it seems all the files i downloaded before, and the ones i'm downloading now are from the same tracker

i searched the forum and i found out that some torrent sites are private and i need to be invited to them or pay
so probably a private tracker is from a private torrent site right?
is there another way to get the file?
do other torrent client programs work with different trackers? or it depends on the site i download the torrent from?
any help appreciated
