Can anyone help with my failed burn log? I am getting a write error with the log. I thought it was my media but i am using verbatim discs of good quality. I recently updated my firmware with help from a memeber on the site. Its only periodically i'm getting errors when burning. My last burn was a CD and i read this can make a difference when then going onto burn a DVD? I've cleaned my drive by blowing air into as well to see if it was maybe dust collecting in the drive?

Examining this log all I can recommend is firmware upgrade and installation of ASPI as shown in my previous reply, to me nothing has been changed.
I dont know why NEC site is down, but you can do the ASPI.
