bearshare-yellow firewall light (need it green help)

Hi can anyone sort this out for me???i am running bearshare on windows xp and its very slow i have set xp firewall to a allow it through but still get the yellow light saying its firewalled,symantec anti virus microsofts antivirus are the only other protections i have running.i am running it off an bt zyxel prestige 600 router to main pc and also to a laptop,i have tried everything from putting ip address and bearshare port numbers onto router settings and nothing works neither on main pc or laptop its driving me nuts 18 hours or more to download a movie i thought broadband would be faster or is this normal???please help

18 hours to download a movie on bearshare ? thats prolly right as its lame , read up on bit torrent (hint do a search here on afterdawn) then go and have a look round a few trackers see how much better it is

btw recommended clients are utorrent and azureus

Thanks will give it a try,tried it before but had trouble with ip addresses and port forwarding etc,anyway have a free weekend coming up will get stuck into it. Love the crest up the hoops
