First off when approx should it come out...according to past difficulties that had occured with the original xbox?
How much "power" will it need from a comp?
To emulate anything (in this case the 360) do I have to buy the console or can I only buy the games?..in order to emulate 360 games legally...(because all I want is halo 3...)
If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

To emulate any software on alien hardware your machine would have to be 10x more powerfull than the origanal hardware. Basically it's going to be a long long time before a PC can emulate the 360.
You are reading a mindless signature, please stop reading it now it is mindless, one can only presume you are mindless since you are still reading this mindless signature, Oh my god get a life you mindless person, whats the matter with you, dont you have a girlfreind? mindless mindless mindless

Are you sure 10x is not exagerated?? I mean ram wise ok but CPU wise I think 4.5 Ghz should do fine...(along with 4 gb ram)

if there was, it still wouldn't be worth the cost.

Well do the cores run the same as computer processors? Because AMD is soon to be releasing multicore processors that run ( what i think should be ) 3x or more cores at 2.4Ghz each at least. Not sure about the processor speed but they are for sure going to have multicore's in 2007.

Computers in the present time can barely emulate the N64. And that came out 10 years ago. I wouldn't hold your breath in being able to play the 360 on your PC anytime soon.

no offense TTownKlwn but I disagree, n64 can be emulated on a pentium 3 and run very well! It's the xbox, ps2, gcn generation that arent emulated well...
P.S. i heard from sum1 it takes about 5-6 years to emulate a console properly...
But I just wanted to hear all of your opinions...

N64 has emulation issues w/ most of the roms being crap. but either way, it still ain't the best, and if your possibly hoping for a Bleem(tm) like emulator for the 360? that won't happen either, if u forget, Bleem was a retail emulator to play PS1 games on ur PC (this was oh well, prolly around in 1999/2000ish either way, even w/ multicore processors being out in 2007 it still is not worth the cost to be able to emulate a 360. it'll be cheaper still to buy the 360. plus u answered your own question GCN/Xbox/PS2 aren't emulating correctly, then it'll be a long way off before X360 Emulation occurs.

Yeah, I used to emulate N64 pretty well, back when Dreamcast was still hot back in 2000. My PC wasn't more than 1ghz back then.

Just put in your gamertag where mine is like this. You don't have to put the plus sign in if there are spaces in your tag. They will automatically be put in there. Then paste it into you signature area as an image.
