Why cant a Sony 820A work on a Dell computer? I have 4 Dells and cant get a new 820 to work. I even took them to Best Buy and they cant get them to work on them also!! After they are installed they lock up the hard drive. Best Buy said switch to a different brand name. The more I buy Dells the more I see conflicts...
