I have Spyfalcon, and probably other viruses too. I ran spybot and Anti-Malware multiple times. Thanks for the help.

Fix with HjT (do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked):
O20 - Winlogon Notify: msldr32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msldr32.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winexz32 - winexz32.dll (file missing)
Download KillBox http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip Unzip it to the desktop
Double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
Select "Delete on Reboot ".
Place the following line (complete path) in bold in the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msldr32.dll
Put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot"
Click the red-and-white "Delete File " button. Click "Yes " at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No " at the Pending Operations prompt.
If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.
Delete old smitfraudfix and download latest Smitfraudfix (2.45) and send log created by option 1 with smitfraudfix.
Send also a fresh HjT log.
