why 2 windows booting after reinstalling?

Hi. I had Win XO Home in german in my computer and I just formated and intalled XP Pro in english. When I booted from the Pro disc there were 2 partitions (drives C and D) and another one of some 4Gb that said something like drivers and config, however this last one didn't have a drive letter nor was previously recognized in xp home. What I did was to eliminate such a partition, format C, install in C, from xp pro format D and now it works, but when I boot the system recognizes 2 OS (pro and home) and I can't find the 4Gb from the other partition. Could anybody help?? Thanks
