IP MAILER2004 - ERROR PBM

Hi Guys,
Here i am posting a new stuff of networking. The "IP Mailer 2004" is a software from which we can get ip address of a remote system automatically through email. The problem i face is after the configuration and all when i try to send its give an error. " Socket Error # 11004" . If anyone faced this problem earlier, kindly share the experience and suggest the souluation.

Uhm....just use dyndns or something else...no need to know your IP if you've got a static address automatically.
