for some reason only the first time i play my burns the load times are normal. after the second+ time i play, the load times triple. im using fujifilm discs and they seem pretty good quality but that might be the problem im guessing. anyone else use fujis? also im burnin at very low speed so its not that, and the iso is fine.

I used to use fuji DVDs, b4 i was shown the awesome quality of taiyo yudens. I had the same problem with fujis, the load times increased the more times i booted the backup.

Burn at 4X, this will get u the best results.

must be the dye they use on those discs then.
I would try a different brand.
Or even try rebuilding it which can sometimes help. But if this happens with all of them than the better quality DVD's should fix you right up.
I have only run into one game lately that just has real long load times, it is not the disc but the actual game.
Chicago Enforcer. The loading time between screens and even just when you die and have to restart the mission. It is just outragious.
It took the game longer to load then it took me to get killed, LOL
