I would have to agree with Shauntay on this one.
1. it is against the rules to advertise your site here without permission from AD
2. It is illegal to sell back up copies of games. If you really think your little disclaimer will save you then your wrong.
Ignorance to the law is no excuse.
3. it is not the buyer in most cases who is going to get busted for buying a back up copy of a game he does not own. It is the seller who made it and sold it to them.

I would seriously reconsider advertising your service on a public forum for the world to see.
