hi im new at this site anf i would appreciate it if u could tell me why the movies austin powers do not back up correct iv tryed using shrink, fab and decrypter none of them seem to work can u tell me why.

What kind of error are you getting with these programs, need more information. If you are getting CRC or I/O errors with the disk then more than likely it is dirty/scratched or has some other imperfection. Try cleaning it or take it back and get another.

Nothing special on these that those programs can't handle - they're a bit older.
Sounds like what Arniebear said. If you have another drive try that one also - some are better than others at ripping 'marred' discs.
