personally i have never tried that one. I have both the hot coffee mod version and the standard version but have never played the modded version since pixelated naked drawings of girls do not interest me.

most patches work just by doing a copy and past. You copy and past the patch into the same folder that the game's ISO or setup file is. Then you click on the patch and it will run and patch what it needs to.
Usually when you download something like that you get a file that has instruction on what to do.
look for a read me file or a NFO file and open them with notepad and read them. If you got it from a good site there will be instructions on what to do.

ok this is what it said:

-Extras-

X is the letter of the drive you will be placeing the game in

Replace X:\Data\Script\ MAIN.SCM, SCRIPT.IMG

With the ones provided in

X:\Hot Coffee Patch\Mod\Data\ Script\ MAIN.SCM, SCRIPT.IMG

Warning:

Using this patch will render your old Game saves for Grand Theft Auto -
San Andreas useless. If you revert back to the original MAIN.SCM,
SCRIPT.IMG any game saves that were saved under the patch will not load.
I'm not sure if the modded game saves will load again after playing the
| game patch. I never tested it again.
---------------------------------------------------------------------i dont get it???

ok, so all you do is delete the script they tell you to replace, then drag and drop the other script in it's place before making the ISO.
You have to use Nero burning rom to then create an ISO and burn it.
If you already had the ISO i would suggest using DVD Decrypter to burn the ISO.

If you have an ISO file then do this.

Rebuilding an ISO
If you have ISO Buster and Nero: by MinnWild at modchipzone
Step 1.
Decrypt the ps2 game to your hard drive using dvd decryptor.

Step 2.
Open up Isobuster and load in the image file (ISO).

Step 3.
Hold shift and highlight all the game files and put them in a folder (extract them to a folder).

here is where you want to replace your default script in the game with the hot coffee modded one.

Step 4.
Open up Nero burning rom and create a new UDF/ISO dvd (It's the last one in the list). Drop all the game files into Nero in the same order as it is listed in Isobuster. Just keep Isobuster open as a reference when you do this. Nero will change the order of the files graphically, however they burn in the order that you dropped them in.

Step 5.
Name the image and burn it at 4x.

Step 6.
Presto, you've rebuilt and burned a PS2 game. Play it.

P.S. to open an NFO file i have to right click on them, choose open with, then choose notepad and it usually works.

yep bigfoot rumor is absolute crap, so are all the other characters people claim you can find. None of them exist.
