FTP DATA TO 1st XBOX's Memory Card (not hdd) in order to softmod another xbox (2nd)

Hi, I have a second xbox that I want to softmod but do not want to buy the action replay for xbox (not only do I not want to buy it but I can't either because it is not sold in stores anymore where I live and I can't buy online)

My first xbox is a modded xbox (with a chip) and I can basically do everything with it...but I just want to know if I buy a regular cheap 8 MB memory card for xbox, can I FTP my first xbox to my comp (using FlashFXP) and transfer the files required to softmod my second xbox to my memory card throught my first xbox (will the softmod files read on the unmodded xbox (second xbox)?)?

Not like that...but heres how to do it..download one of the game exploit softmod packages...FTP the saves into the Udata folder..then transfer them onto the memory card and install them onto the second xbox..then run the exploitable game.(original essential).very simple and quick..

On xbox or pc? If on xbox you can not to do this with xbox live but with x-link kai however I think you can. (x-link kai is free and works with modded, unmodded xbox/games)

P.S. Thanks for the help janrocks but I just want to know one more thing. What and where is the Udata folder? Is it on the xbox's hdd?
And to transfer that to the memory card, I can use the dashboard of microsoft? And does it work with all versions of the dashboards??

@ s3a.. The Udata folder is on the E:\ partition of the xbox drive.. it holds all the saves... with the exploits you get one or two folders with some files in them...each one is different so.... If you FTP the folders into the udata folder and then reboot to the MS dash you can put them on a memory card just like any other gamesave...Just a little thing that will help...whichever game you decide to use.. delete any saves for that game you already have off the drive first.. This particularly applies to any downloaded content for splinter cell.. You will probably lose any saves on the box you softmod, so deleting one set of gamesaves won't hurt, after you mod it you can put all your saves from the other box on it anyway :)

About dashboards.. I've softmodded everything from a 1.0 to a 1.6b.. I do it before chipping just to back up the eeprom..the dash version doesn't seem to matter with s-c
