i have only download update 3 out of 43. i never bother, because i i upgrade my dashboard it may be impossible for me to hack my xbox 360 and play back-ups.

what do you mean 3 out of 43? that seems like quite a large number of updates, and i don't recall that many mandatory updates, maybe u meant 4, but i can only really recall like 2 so far?

Don't be surprised if after they ban you, you get a nice visit from the feds as well. I hope they start cracking down on pirates bigtime. All these scumbag game pirates need to be put in jail.

yeah ok, the feds are going to come to everyone that hacked their firmware... you're an idiot.
1st of all its legal... you can do what ever you want to the hardware you purchase
&
2ndly, making backups is legal, if i own the game i have a right to back it up... i pay 70 dollars for a game and my dog chews on it, i need to buy another one? f$@3 that.
Anyway have fun with your unhacked xbox, and btw quit downloading mp3s i wouldn't want the feds to bust you in.

If I was a fed, yours would be the first acct I would look into. From all of the posts you make, your the king software pirate around this forum. Anybody getting that mad is obviosly a lying, thiefing, software pirate. Backups of your own games....yeah right. I was born at night but not last night son.

It is quite silly to think feds would knock on your down for having a hacked firmware on Live. Now if you were providing 360 games for download that might be another story.

Im not sure that they are saying that the police will come knocking but that if you have that hack nonsense it will prevent you from using xbox live if you get the daqshboard update.

well when i got halo 2 at release day, i loved it, i played it probably everyday for a year, but afteri hot a little bored i started doing mods, and so was nearly half the amount of people playing on halo 2 xbox live, so basically while the game is fun on xbox live i did not want to touch the mods butafter a long time i wanted more, so i got suff like you can shoot once and everybody around you will die, that was funny sometimes, and the other was flying the warthog.
but the after a couple of mounths i went back to normal play.
