Hi I'm looking for an FAQ for Streambox V1 (turbo) as I'm having problems.

Is there one about anywhere? Or does anyone know if the schedule function in the software does not work? (It seems every time I set a scheduled rip up, it removes itself after the scheduled rip has ran - despite telling it to start downloading regularly every seven days).

Any advice appreciated...
