i have a pentium III 800 mhz with usb 1.1. I bought a zonet usb to pci card. http://www.zonetusa.com/DispProduct.asp?ProductID=184 When i plug my external hard drive (simpletech 250 gb napster) i get error code 10 in the device manager. i installed the drive for the pci card. i also tired getting to work with a 8 usb hub with external power but it doesnt work i still get error code 1o in device manger. the motherboard is a intel warmsprings ws440bx. i updated the bios for the mb. when i plug other device in the card such as a printer they work fine. my external hard drive is the only thing that does not work. how do i fix this? thanks in advance
