hello I have a IO MAGIC DW1620-OC1 dual layer dvd burner. I'm tryin burn a x-box 360 backup .I'm trying to burn with clonecd but it fails when it starts it says failed to write atapi dvd dd 2x16x4x16. I have the latest firmware. what am i doing wrong?

what speed are you burning at, and are you sure your drive has the latest firmware?

I'm burning at 2.4x using img burn. It turned out it was the media i was using. I have a IO MAGIC DW1620-OC1 with the latest firware b7w9. I had bought some hp DVD+R DL and when i tried to burn with img burn i get this message "writing to BENQ DVD DD 2x16x4x16 failed". Now i went back to the store and bought some verbatime DVD+R DL and they worked just fine. My only problem now is how can i get the HP DVD+R DL to work?

id just return the hp disks and tell them they were bad and your drive couldnt use them.

I already tried but because they were open i couldnt return them to walmart and i called hp and they couldnt help me neither so im stuck with some duds
