Azureus.. Firewall problem WON'T go away!!

So i've read pretty much every how to guide on the internet on how to fix the NAT problem with azureus when you are connected through or with a wireless network. The router I have is a linksys router and it is connected to my desktop computer that I have upstairs. I've forwareded the ports and everything I could possibly do to try to get the problem solved. Here's the thing, the computer upstairs that the router is connected to does not have the NAT problem with azureus, I fixed it and everything is green and working fine. My laptop in my room is not as fortunate. I run azureus and all of the programs will download fine and even at good fast speeds sometimes, but when it uploads, it doesnt change the rating on any of my tracker websites that I belong to. Here is what my screen looks like in Azureus.

So basically, how to I fix the firewalled problem? The windows firewall is turned off and I'm currently running zone alarm pro. All of the ports that I have assigned to azureus are forwarded through the router and they are not the default ports either. I made sure that Zone Alarm was not blocking the program and its not. So what other options do I have?! Its so frustrarting because I want to seed my torrents from MY LAPTOP and not the upstairs computer.. What should I do? Is there a tutorial for something like this that I am not aware about?

BTW the grey NAT error you see is usually RED and it says FIREWALLED.
