Help me please i have been taking advise for ages on what file format to burn what disks i should use but im now down to the question of what speed do i write CD-Rs at

CD-Rs don't really matter, I burn at full speed all the time without problems. Its the DVDs that you have to worry about burning speed

But is it possible to write a MDS File image to a CD-R On DVD Decrypter because when i try to write the file to the CD-R it says:

There doesn't appear to be enough space on the disc

Would you like to continue any way?

No DVD Decrypter doesn't burn to CDs, use ImgBurn to do that instead (http://www.imgburn.com/ - its the successor of DVD Decrypter).
