AVI to DVD software...help needed

Hi Guys
I recently received a couple of dvds with charmed season 7 on them in avi files..
I want to put them on dvd so I can watch them in the lounge on my dvd recorder but cant find any suitable free software which works..
I have tried DVD santa and several others with limeted success...
I dont mind a water mark etc on the finished dvd as long as its not in the middle of the screen..

Is there any free software around which could be suitable?

hi i dont think there are any free dvd authoring sofw#twares but hey i use Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4 here is link for 30 days free trail i dont know how limited it is cause i purchased my one.

Its easy because it accepts any video formats so good luck!

But it not free,it can make good picture,and have trial version.
