according to the front cover it says "supports all AR codes"

it is not asking your question that is the problem. It is asking it more than once in one or multiple sections.
People will help you but you have to give them time to answer and not just keep posting it hoping someone will see it.
If you want to keep it at the top all you have to do is go into your post and add to the post by repling with "bump"
each time someone posts to your topic it moves it back to the top.
