I want to watch the world cup 2006 and found this. It says that i can watch the WC and pay onle a one time fee. Do u guys know if this is true or not?

Well it would probably wotk but.

The quality would most likely be crappy
The speed unless you have a good internet would be crappy
And there most probably would be a lot of lagging in the video + audio
