This is a link to a program called dummy file creator which creates a dummy dvd of any size. You just use it and burn the dummy disc at the full size of a dl dvd and it is a perfect swap disc. It has been tested by those good people at xbox-scene so I know it works. The download link is at this first link

this only makes finding a swap disk for the actual copying part of the process, you still must do the frmware hack to play the game.
