ok iam having trouble finding a good cnverter for movies and changing the PAL to NTSC please someone tell me the best converter to use please.

If they've already been converted to dvd video complaint files - the fastest is the 'masking/patching' method with Vobblanker. Will usually work with for most standalones. Here's a link :

Just make sure you do all the files/vts's.
Or use Nero Vision to convert. If you in an NTSC region you'll get a message saying something to the effect of 'most files in PAL format do you wish to keep this format' click no.
If not already in dvd video format - you an do it all in Nero Vision.
