I have small business, where I make dvd picture slideshows for people, with music and their photos. I was wondering if there is anything that I can put on the dvd's, so that they won't be able to copy them. Because if they can copy them, I won't be able to charge them for extra copeis.

Simple, After burning the disk scratch about 1/8 inch on the outer edge of disk it will play but you will not be able to copy it. I have seen this question asked before and never seen no programs recommended from any one and I'm sure there very expensive.

Good Luck

we are talking about the top have of this disk right, not the bottom. And I was just wondering how does the scratch keep them from copying the disk? and what do you suggest I make the scratch with? and thanks for the advice!!

I don't recommend you scratching the disk as it may make it unreadable in stand alone players! then you would have to give your customers a refund! Also there isn't any copy protection out there that stops people from copying store bought DVDs.... how can you make a protection that will stop others when you don't even have the means that hollywood has!!!!? The new HD-DVD/Blue-Ray will stop all the copying but that will be years from now! if at all! The only thing that will stop your customers from making their own copies are the older people that are not into computing! The younger ones will do their own slide shows with music and such and their own presentations to disk!~ good luck.
