im kinda new so this may be a dumb question to ask, but if i get the lite mod chip will i be able to run all the necessary applications to play backup copies without changing disks or running it off a mem card? i dont know what programs you need to use, but can someone tell me which ones are necessary: HD Loader Tools, Launchers, PS2 boot loaders, ftp severs, elf packers, misc tools.

Yes, but the EZI Pro will have better features
But the lite will have no problems if all you want to do is play back up copies
The Pro version adds hard drive support, an integrated cheat device, an Operating system of sorts and a few other upgrades to the Lite version
