cant launch the game, it says d3dx9_27.dll not found.

wot does it mean. i mean my pc is not rubbish not to play the game. any ideas? thanks

try going to google and google that .dll file find it download it put the file in your system 32 folder

ok got it running. why does it stutter?

the game flashes? even on videos? all my settings are low. pc specs are below in my sig
