But I will assume you want to know how...

Download this...
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

Then install this with it...
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp4.htm
You must pick the apropriate one!

Then convert whatever to .mp4 or .m4a.

Simple Eh?
