I downloaded winning eleven 10 from a torrent. In the file there is a lot of winrar files. How do I burn to cd? Do I need to extract all the files in the folder?

basically u need to extract one of the WinRAR files which will giv u ur iso,then burn the iso to disc, but u will need to burn it to dvd not cd and also u will need sum way of booting backups or it wont work
