Hi Im looking for a program that will copy any selection of files/folders one at a time. I need to copy approximately 30 gig of various files on a different computer but I do not care to use windows explorer because it will copy bits and pieces of every file at the same time and thus fragment the hard drive (and copy slower)

The reason is because i work long hours but with lots of downtime. I never know what to expect at work so I need my sleep (rather than monitor hours of file copying) but also need something to entertain me or for me to listen to during downtime.
