Hey dudes, was wondering what the worst PS2 game you ever bought was. My favorite drink coaster is The Bouncer - I really didn't hate the game that much, but was extremely disappointed with the lack of story, lack of interaction with the game world and lack of style promised. I remember seeing it in PSone mags and there was a massive hype around it, but the game was so on rails that it barely deserved any! I'd say a close second would have been The Getaway (though i've heard the sequel is worse) mainly because the controls made the game harder than it should have been - story was cool though!

Haha nice Timmy. I kinda liked the Bouncer, showcased the quality of the ps2 graphics early on. My first candidate for the worst ps2 game ever bought would have to be fight club. I was looking forward to that damn game for months, even pre-ordered it, only it was the stinkiest pile of poop to ever be in the fighting genre, shoulda know better, licensed games usually turn out this way. Like 3 moves per character, ugly graphics, horrible controls. I had more fun getting my wisdom teeth pulled than playing Fight Club, wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy, actually, theres 1 i would;)

yea i liked the bouncer as well, my worst ever purchase was Spyro: enter the dragonfly. its got to be one of the worst games made for ps2, i was so looking forward to it after likeing the first 3 for ps1. The getaway also is crap.

;) How bout this stinker - i might have the name incorrect, Unlimited Saga I beleive, so bad I forget the damn name. Squaresoft = game gods, but they royaly blew that 1, wtf was up with the board game layout, was Square Enix spoken crack or what?? I dunno. The two i actually fork money over for b4 i can play them both stink, i learned my lesson.
Ps - there must be a word recognition program built into aD, some1 refered to plastic surgery a bit back a while back and recommendations were offered, ty aD LOL

the worst game i ever bought for ps2 would have to be that damn crash bandicoot game...what the hell was that. i heard all my firends talking about how austom the ones on ps1 were and i played the demos and there were preety good, not the best of the best but still preety entertaining. then i go to the store, buy that crap and beat it withing 2 hours. im thinking to myself...wtf is up with this. this is the biggest piece of crap since i last took a dump lol.

worst game i bought was state of emergency, it looked sooo good and was a great idea, but wen i got it home an played it it was the biggest pile of poo ever

That's why I don't buy original games... I just download the backups! So, if I dont like the game, I just loose a DVD+R... =)
I only have one original game, Shadow of Rome, and just because it was a birthday gift!

Alright, here is my next gem. Tomb Raider!!!! Not the lastest sequal mind u, but the 1st one that was released for the ps2. The worst contol scheme ever, played drunk and still was absolutely no fun. That ssaying a lot LOL!!!!!

State Of Emergency was really bad, i thought hey Rockstar Games makes it. Then i tryed to play it :(
The first Midnight Club was a real loser
and i am sure a few others, but since i never play them i don't remember what they are.

Lets pretend that BoF 5 was never created, it wasnt even worth the $1 i spent to rent it lol. I feel really bad for ppl that bought that game thinking it would live up to previous BoF games, but instead, bought the most expensive Coaster in their lives!!!!

Yeah I know. BoF was a wonderful series and hopefully if they ever make BoF 6, I hope they continue it from BoF 4 and remove the time limit crap they added in BoF 5. I mean who has ever heard of time limit in an RPG game? Its crazy. We go to an arcade to play games with time limit, not consoles and of all games an RPG game.

Ha, no kidding. After playing 5, i am skeptical if the series can gain the steam back to make a decent sequal. I mean 3 was great, 4 was pretty good, and 5 was kaka. Been goin downhill for a bit, really hope Capcom figures out what made the originals great and can go back to those roots. If not, they can PM me and ill give them my 2 cents;)

Yeah same here. I was actually thinking of continuing the series myself using RPG Maker XP. But can't do everything on my own so yeah. And I'm too busy making two other retail games with my group so haven't got the time either.

Yeah will do, but don't think it will be anytime soon. Well I'm a game developer and working on two games my company is wanting to bring out. One is a game modification the other is a standalone game. Thats where I work on the most part each day.
