I got the pal version of NBA 2k6 and have been trying to convert it to ntsc. The y fix program doesn't work, any suggestions?

Some games just don't allow you to patch them. Maybe if you buy one of those leads (I forget what they are called! RGB leads..?) that lets you play backups in colour. If you use Swap Magic, you can boot games up in NTSC/PAL mode.
