hi guys. i have made an iso of my quake 4 disk and i merged the ss file with it. but now im wondering about the bitsetting. i dont know if i need to do it or not.

i have a (LITEON 16X DVD+R/-R DVD+RW/-RW DOUBLE LAYER DRIVE W/B RTL) (MODEL # = SHW-160P6S-04C)(UPC = 844149002002)

if i do need to bitset or booktype or both how do i do it. (step by step please)

ive never changed the bitsetting on my liton on sohw-1653s. in most dvd burners it automatically changes from DVD+R DL to dvd-rom for better compatability. so no I wouldnt worry about it.

k thanks man. i will try it later with out doing the booktype/bitsetting when i have more disks to spare. but right now i only have one disk left at the moment. so i will play it safe and change the booktype/bitsetting. thanks though. i appreciate your help
