uTorrent very slow

Like the subject states: uTorrent is running really slow, the download is at 0.1 the upload at 2.3, yet both 'Total' boxes at the bottom show download and upload speeds in excess of 200kb/s.

Why arn't I getting those sort of speeds.

Also, the tracker flicks bettween demonoid and minitalk but says invalid URL for both. Do i have to join one of them?

Probally just not many seeds or peers on the file you are trying to obtain and as for demonoid you do not need to register with that tracker.

Also make sure you have your port configured and if you have a firewall / router make sure the port is allowed.

Also if your using XP SP2+ google for SP2 udp fix.

What's been done:
To say it easy: the before 10 half-open connections are beeing increased to 50 (can be changed during runtime and with the parameter /L) and the CRC is been corrected. And that's it!

Yeah I found it on my own but now that I have installed I am a bit scared because it now my Windows XP SP2 pro is asking for me to insert disk or risk system instability. I don't have disk because this is a computer bought from someone else.
