If i was microsoft i would have offered rockstar all kinds of money to make GTA 4 exclusive to PC and 360. The only reason a huge number of gamers have a ps2 is because of GTA SA or VC. Even if it meant that no profit could be made from the game i would do whatever is required to stop sony from getting GTA again. Although GTA 4 will come out on 360 and PS3 at the same time you can bet that the PS3 version will get more attention due to the fact that the playstation has a history with the game
While microsoft could possibly lose millions, sony would lose much more from the loss of console sales. And it not like microsoft can afford it!

Rockstar gave the 360 exclusivity (sp?) to Table Tennis at least !!
