Will the work to put my dial-up internet on the Wii? Will a normal ps/2 keyboard work on the Wii? If not then a normal USB one? If not, a Nintendo made keyboard?
Sames goes for mouse...

Well no one knows yet but I'm sure that Nintendo will come out with there own keyboard, ect but in all honesty it's a waste to use dialup unless you dont mind waiting 5 minutes for a page to load up :P if you have a cable or dsl connection just use that!

Since the Wii will be using Wi-Fi, you can use internet connection sharing with a wireless network card in your computer to share your dial-up connection. or use a USB 2.0 LAN adaptor with a normal network card.
It's possible, but difficult (depending on your technical aptitude) and definately slow (due to dial-up).
Most likely you wont be able to use a ps/2 kb, but you will most likely be able to use a usb kb.
I imagine with the pointing capabilities of the wiimote a mouse would be redundant

mark5hs, no the browser will (should) work with normal websites because I've seen news (plus threads on this site) about filtering porn so...that must mean you can browse websites like www.google.ca for example...that would be nice...now I can browse on my pocket pc, psp, wii and comp...now I have a choice!! lol

To my knowledge, the Opera web browser will use the Wiimote as the mouse.
Not sure about a keyboard.

I just have a question about playing online games.
Here it is:
How come PS2/GCN Games work with dial-up but Xbox titles don't? I'm sure it's not about the graphics or any other hardware power for that matter because the PSP as little hardware specs as it may have requires high-speed internet for online gameplay...
Thx, in advance...
