i'm not sure if this fits here, so if not let me know. I recently had to reformat my computer and lately have i've been installing the programs back on the computer. when I got to installing norton internet security 2005, i got an error message when installing. went to the norton website, and it seems i have previous versions of norton still on my hard drive and in order to re-install this, i have to get rid of those. there's a tool norton has to do that, but it won't work with my browser. i'm using IE 7 (beta 2). i meet all the other requirements, and it says it works with IE 5.5 or higher, so what's the problem? is there a way to manually uninstall them?
