ULWindowSeek & ULWindowURL Problem - PLEASE HELP!

I've looked at many different forums about this issue. I've tried following everything that was set out as a fix for this problem, but to no avail. As my subject states, I'm getting those stupid "ULWindowURL" and "ULWindowSeek" popups. Here is my hijackthis log::

This looks pretty bad but lets start with this:

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) and unzip it to your desktop.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

Open the SmitfraudFix-folder and doubleclick smitfraudfix.cmd
Hit 1, onyour keyboard, and then Enter
Copy the complete text, wich is on your screen after SmitfraudFix is done, and post it in this topic.
