I am wondering how to save the Norton AntiVirus updates before I reinstall XP. That way I won't have to download them again on my slow dial up connection. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could just download the latest definitions from here:

Store on a removable device or upload it somewhere and install it after the reinstall of XP.
