I am cannot burn cd`s using Acoustica mp3 player software,this problem arose when a virtual drive named VP7843M XPY854V SCSI CDrom Device.appeared in my device manager.after many months of EXCellent support from Acoustica position remains the same,I have uninstalled the virtual drive,but it comes back on reboot.the only way to stop it showing is to disable and also the SCSI/RAID Host Controller .even then They drives are seen but empty discs on burn are rejected ( discs are approved,by acoustica) So at present not able to use the software.HELP HELP if possible please
