i have 45.2gb of iso files of ps2 games.i would like to make a data disk of them on dvd .what is the easiest way to say compress with win rar or something . i want to free up some space on my hard drive .boy ps2 games really eat up hard drive space

If you are after something with a high compression ratio, use: http://www.7-zip.org/

Although I don't understand why don't you burn each game to a DVD so that you can easily play them with your PS2 when you choose to...

yes you can do it in winrar but you will be better to rar each game separetly like dan said 7zip has better compression rate than winrar but its a bit harder to use for a novice

every game is burned to dvd already
i just want to have the files on a data disk case i need them in the future and if i compress will all 45.2gb fit on a dvd 5 ?/

No, not a chance. Personally I just have two copies of backups - one that I use when I play (those that I don't use HDLoader to play) and another for storage in case my original or first backup copy gets scratched

put 3 or 4 to a data disk with WinRAR or other ?

4gb at best will compress to around 1.8-2gb so do the maths yourself

if uve got time to spare anotha way would be to rebuild all the games with the gnie tool then compress them as it would save more space
