im new to azureus! how do i increase my download speed?

heres what happened:

i was downloading some anime, 8.46 gb worth.
and my download was going between 20 kb's and 45 kb's.

then while i was asleep, my mate resterted the computer.
so i started azureus again, but ever since it's been going at only 4 kb's.

i have 20 seeds, and 57 peers.
the download is still going as i type this.
can someone please help me as soon as possible?

maybe a tip on how to find the most used ports?
or someone list a good port to use.

Get a faster connection if you need a faster download.

It was downloading at 45kb as there was that many seed's connected, also it takes about 30 mins to reach top speed's when you start the torrent, after your mate restarted the comp it took a while for azereus to reach max and there where prob's less seed's, it explains it.

A good port to use would be whatever it is at the min only you add a 1 in front, so if its 78371 you make it 178371.

Allow azereus full access to the network via your firewall and open the port's on your router (if you have one).
