Hey guys i need some help. I need to learn how to rip dvd's using a program called Total Video Converter.

as far as i can see that program is for converting videos not rippin dvds. To rip dvds use dvdfab decypter or AnyDVD. You can then maybe convert using that program, but many more out there, check out guides section of this site.

I just downloaded the trial version of this program...... it's cool! I tried out LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP.... and it converted it to MPEG format onto my hard drive at a folder of my choice. it's quaility is nice. if you want a tutorial just go into the help files.... it explains everything! good luck and thanks for the nice program!
