MP.4 movie isnt working on ipod...

I just downloaded a movie in Mp.4 n when i tried to upload the movie onto my 30gig video ipod it tells me that it needs to be correctly converted to upload into my ipod. Well i could convert it on iTunes but it takes FORVER, so there any other ways to make it work?

Have a check whether your mp4 file meets the general limits which the iPod carries.
MPEG-4 video: *.mp4 format, up to 2.5 mbps, 480x480, 30 frames per sec., Simple Profile with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4 and .mov file formats

If not, you can convert with one iPod video converter.

If it is .mp4 format, try xilisoft
If it is .AVI format, both Cucusoft and Xilisoft can do this job.
