I install dvd player. Systems reconizes all info. But when I put in dvd it doesnt play, but will play cds, games. Exhausted all my knowledge Any help very appreciated. thanks

Sorry but I have to ask this...Have you installed a program such as Nero Showtime or Power Dvd which is needed to view movies?

I purchased powerdvd, Nero, roxio, none seems to work.
