Is there a good video converter that supports all video formats and converts all formats or at least from AVI to MPEG-4? I have ImTOO latest version but the problem is that after conversion the quality of the video reduces. Is there a program that improves quality instead of reducing it or just keeps it?

"Video Size". You can find this item on the right. Different output format may have different default values. For some of them, the default one would be "Auto". You can select a value which has been offered in the drop-list or simply enter a proper number you want directly into
